Terms of payment and delivery

I. Orders

Orders are processed from 9:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Thursday and from 9:00 to 17:00 on Friday. Orders placed after 18:00 from Monday to Thursday and after 17:00 on Friday will be processed from 9:00 on the next business day.

The minimum order amount is 300.00 UAH. In some cases, the manager may call to clarify the details of the order.

II. Payment

Payment is made according to the order placed by the Buyer on the website using the selected payment method.

You can pay for the order using the bank transfer to the company’s account.

III. Delivery

The order is shipped upon receipt of funds to the company’s account within 3-5 days.

You can receive your order in the following ways

  • targeted or delivery to a Nova Poshta branch (except for the delivery of insecticidal devices and fluorescent lamps)
  • Delivery. 
  • pickup at the address: 154D Akademika Zabolotnoho St., Kyiv.

Delivery is carried out throughout the territory of Ukraine, where there are Nova Poshta or Delivery offices. Delivery is paid by the Buyer according to the tariffs of logistics operators.

Nova Poshta

Delivery by Nova Poshta is carried out from Monday to Friday. Delivery cost is according to the tariffs of Nova Poshta.

Delivery by Delivery is carried out from Monday to Friday. Delivery cost is according to the tariffs of Delivery.

Important! According to the terms of free storage of Nova Poshta and Delivery, the shipment is stored in the warehouse of the delivery service for 5 working days. After that, the shipment is automatically returned to the sender and re-ordering is possible only after full prepayment of the goods.

* Please note that currently, delivery is carried out only to open branches in settlements where there are no active hostilities or temporary occupation.

IV. Rules for receiving goods at the branches of transport companies

  1. Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer or his authorized representative shall verify the number of received cargo places (boxes). The number of cargo places in the transport document (waybill, receipt, order) must coincide with the actual number received.
  2. Upon receipt of the cargo, the Buyer or his authorized representative shall check the integrity of the seals (if any), inspect the outer packaging/container of the cargo for damage, dents, punctures, traces of opening the packaging and re-gluing the tape, wetting and other defects that may affect the internal contents of the cargo. Traces of tampering can be skillfully disguised.
  3. After performing the actions specified in clauses 1 and 2 of this instruction, the Buyer or his authorized representative at the branch of the transport company shall open the packaging/container of the cargo and check the quantity of goods for compliance with the shipping documents attached to the cargo (check for internal shortage), as well as inspect all the goods for damage, regardless of the opinion of the employees of the transport company. !!! The contents and integrity of the package may be checked only on the territory of the transport company’s branch.
  4. In the absence of comments on the number of received cargo places, volume, weight, packaging/containers and filling of the cargo, the Buyer or his authorized representative shall sign the acceptance document. In the event of a claim regarding the number of received cargo units, volume, weight, packaging/containers and filling of the cargo, the Buyer or his authorized representative shall call a representative of the transport company (freight forwarder, courier) to draw up an Act on the established discrepancy in quantity and quality upon acceptance of inventory (the name of this Act may vary from one transport organization to another). In case of failure to comply with the terms of clauses 1, 2, 3 of this instruction, the Company shall not reimburse the money spent and shall not be liable for any losses incurred.
