Biorodenticide Bacteroncid gel is a new generation biological rodenticide.Purpose:The drug is intended for effective control of the number of harmful rodents: rats, mice, voles, gerbils and ground squirrels. It is used in agriculture, in open areas (fields, pastures, forest belts), in places of crop storage (skirts, haystacks), as well as in greenhouses and warehouses.Composition:The composition of the drug includes:- Live cells of the bacterium Salmonella enteritidis var. Issatschenko- Anticoagulant – to enhance the effect- Preparative form: gel liquid with light blue or pink shades- Cell concentration – not less than 2.0 × 10⁹ CFU/mlMechanism of action:Bacteroncid gel is based on the action of the bacterial strain Issatschenko, which causes an infectious disease in rodents, similar to typhoid fever.
